The “Create Float Plan” menu item is displayed on the Trips view menu for upcoming trips. Tap this menu item to display the Float Plan creation page. For additional information on what a float plan is and why it’s important, refer to the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary site, https://floatplancentral.cgaux.org. Add the contact name, email address, contact phone number, rescue authority and rescue authority phone number. Tap the “Create Float Plan” button

Tap the “View Float Plan” button to display the PDF data. There is an option to print the PDF document if desired. Tap the “Email Float Plan to Contact” button to email the float plan to the contact listed.

Scroll down the document, note the document has the vessel information, the operator information, the passenger details and the trip itinerary.
